How the Work is Divided

Three Contracts,
Three Terms

The Project Company delivers the contract through three specialist partners, each holding a defined scope over a defined term: construction of the hospital, management of the facilities once it opens, and servicing of the medical equipment inside it.

Splitting the work this way means each obligation has a named owner for its full duration, from the first day of construction through two decades of operation.
