How the Project is Governed
The hospital is delivered under a public–private partnership with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Ministry is the Public Partner and clinical services counterparty; a dedicated Project Company is the Private Partner responsible for delivering the contract.
The Project Company coordinates design, construction, and the long-term management of facilities and medical equipment, within the 300-hectare EcoCity Fergana development. Each obligation sits with a named party under a defined contract term, so responsibility for every phase of the asset's life is unambiguous.
