Any person or community affected by the project can raise a question, comment or concern. The grievance mechanism — how a submission is received, recorded and responded to — is set out in full within the Stakeholder Engagement Plan, which is published on the disclosures page in English. Uzbek and Russian translations will be published there when they are issued.

The hospital is being delivered within the EcoCity Fergana development, Fergana region, Republic of Uzbekistan — a 300-hectare masterplan approximately 60% complete as of 2025.
The hospital is under construction and is not yet open to patients. This site publishes project disclosure documents only; it does not provide clinical services, appointments or patient information.
