Overview

Building Advanced,
Accessible Healthcare

The project is a public–private partnership for the development of an 800-bed, multi-disciplinary hospital designed to deliver high-quality healthcare services, with advanced capabilities in cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, organ transplantation, and other specialised procedures.

The hospital forms part of the 300-hectare EcoCity Fergana development — initiated in 2021 and approximately 60% complete as of 2025. Clinical services will be provided by the Ministry of Health, which also acts as the Public Partner counterparty to the Project Company established to deliver the contract.
